Coffee and the Cats

This place has the feel of a traditionally imagined elderly cat lady's house with humor to boot. We didn't take advantage of visiting with the cats because I didn't want to be tempted with getting yet another cat but it was enjoyable to see the space they have and how many cats have been adopted through this wonderful idea! The drinks, if served in house, look absolutely wonderful. And their desserts are delicious. It's a great place to relax, visit cats, and maybe work on schoolwork if you need to. Fantastic idea, really.

Fantastic experience!! We are traveling in the area and were missing our own cats at home. When we saw it driving by we knew we had to check it out! I made a reservation the day before online and signed the waiver. It was quick and easy. The next day we came and ordered our coffee. I got the Calico and it was very tasty. We were escorted to the kitty room. They had 4 cats, one was a little shy and she seemed to be a nice arrival. The other 3 were very friendly and let us pet them, give chin scratches and rubbed against our feet! 10/10 Would 100% recommend to cat lovers in Rapid City!

Coffee was great! Toast was okay - bread was pretty soft and it took rather long. Anyway went and met the kitties - great little souls. Two thibgs is that the bedding could be cleaner and the room was frigid. As in absolutely frigid - kits were trying to stay warm and so were we. Anyway, anyone doing good work to help the littles in this world gets a seal of approval from me, and my coffee was very good.

Coffee and cats, I mean what more could one ask for!! Oh wait it does get better, you get to enjoy coffee surrounded by sweet cute cuddly adorable kitties. They love on you climb on you and fall fast asleep So far my favorite drink is the Orange Tabby with an extra shot of vanilla. I order it on most days because I love the flavor of Mexican coffee and caramel/vanilla I'd recommend 100/100 and I'll be going back many more times

I cannot express how cute this place is. Lovely, friendly staff. Perfect nook atmosphere for cozying up on a stormy weather day or if you need a cold “cuppa” when the sun is shining bright. We came back a second time during our trip because we loved it so much even though it was out of our way. Delicious coffee- I got the Bengal, my mom got the spicy one with Cayenne. The coffee crumb cake was INSANELY delicious. FYI- you do need to book a day/time and pay to spend time in the cat room.

The lady who owns it is super nice, the coffee there is top tier delicious. I had their cardamom latte, and my husband had a Americano. We didn't pre-order Kitty visitation tickets, but we lucked out and there was an availability. My girls had so much fun for the time that we were there. The kitties are adoptable through the humane society. They have lots of food options and tons of drink options, not just coffee! Overall an amazing experience!

This is genuinely one of the most fantastic cat cafes I've been in. The staff was friendly and quick and of course, all of the kitties were perfect. I'm only sad I don't live in town any longer and couldn't take anyone home with me. Also, my coffee was fantastic!

Very unique place to get a variety of coffee and non coffee drinks, also has a great selection of food items on the menu. The cat room was great, my daughters loved it!! You can also adopt the cats as they are there to find new homes. Highly recommended for anyone that enjoys coffee and cats!!!
